Knowledge of IGCSE, A-level and alternative qualifications Knowledge of recent developments in teaching and learning A proven track-record of success in the classroom. Qualifications or Training:Qualified Teacher Status Practical Skills:Ability to teach Physics to IGCSE level and beyond. Ability to organise （subject-based） after school and extra curricular activities. Ability to motivate students who have come from a range of cultures and backgrounds. Ability to simplify instructions and commands in English, and to allow students time to reflect （in English） on their own performance.
