岗位要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Appropriate qualifications in education; 3. Good command of both English and Chinese; competent in teaching an IB MYP subject area; 4. More than three-year experience in educational management and teaching; 5. Trained as an IB MYP coordinator; 6. Familiarity in Chinese and western education theories and practices; more than three years management experience in IB international schools preferred; 工作内容： 1. To serve as the liaison with the IBO; 2. To monitor and promote the implementation of the IB Middle Years Programmes (MYP); 3. To work in accordance with the IB and KCIS East China Mission Statement; 4. To pedagogically lead the IB MYP; 5. To actively promote openness, reflective thinking, collaboration and innovation; 6. To collaborate with the Head of Departments in curriculum and assessment design; 7. To be a member of the IB Pedagogical Team;
