Responsbility工作职责: 1 担任艺术课程的教学任务。Deliver Arts lessons as assigned by the Academic Director； 2 工作积极主动，能承担额外的设计任务和学校文化环境布置。Take initiative and be active. Able to undertake additional design tasks and contribute to the school culture and environment. 3 能承担学校的艺术类相关的主题活动。Develop process related art activities that are engaging, creative and use a variety of mediums, materials and resources. 4 能纠正、记录并管理学生的发展报告Assist in observing, supporting, and assessing students. 5 在学生在校期间在情感上支持孩子Support the Social and Emotional development of students； 6 能协助主班老师，布置教室环境；在家长会上，与家长就学生的进展和行动计划进行沟通Support the homeroom and expat teacher in classroom decoration, communicating students’ progress and developing action plans with parents via parent-teacher meetings； 7 协助教研活动的开展包含公开课、家长讲座、示范课及学校兴趣课Assist in carrying out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy, open lessons, co-curricular activities and events； 8 参加教师培训和发展Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for professional development； 9 能在场或不在场的形式，来代替缺席同事的工作，即使是在比较短的通知期限下Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps on short notice, on or off-site； 10 参加学校各种活动、展示性活动，家长会或公开课等Take part in seasonal school activities, shows, parent teacher meetings and Open Houses； Qualification任职资格: 1 艺术类相关学历或文凭。Degree/ Diploma in Arts； 2 最少有一年的幼儿园工作经验或与0-6岁孩子相关的培训中心工作经验。Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a kindergarten or other early learning center with students between the ages of 0-6 years old； 3 能以英文沟通的优先考虑。Ability to communicate in English is strongly preferred； 4 爱孩子，爱教育事业，认同学校文化。Enjoy being with kids and passionate about the education and culture industry； 5 能通过背景调查。Able to pass a background check； 6 有良好的沟通和管理技能，能进行团队合作。A team player with effective communication skill and management skill； 7 可熟练使用办公软件。Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
