Main Responsibilities (You will) -Prepare and carry out lessons professionally -Help edit, enhance and create new materials for classes and students -Correct, record and administer progress reports for students -Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback -Observe and understand students’ behavior and educational needs -Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps on short notice on or off-site -Occasionally work outside normal business hours for marketing or other school related event or training. (Only with advanced notice) -Take part in seasonal school activities, shows and Open days. -Take initiative and be an active member of our school, take charge and be proactive. Requirements (You have/are:) -Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) -TEFL or TESOL or CELTA certificate required -Native English speakers from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Ireland -2 years of working experience preferred (will consider candidates with no experience as well) -Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills, creativity and the ability to construct class materials and prepare professional lessons. -Enjoy being with kids and passionate about the education and culture industry -Able to adapt to change easily and be willing to try new things -Ensure playful learning is taking place -Well-organized and committed, creative and energetic
