Division: CTAC Department: Computer Science Reports to: Head of Department 【Responsibilities】 Design and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons that align with the school's technology, content, and teaching standards, providing balanced opportunities to enhance critical thinking and hands-on project engagement. Assess students’ learning effectively, maintain accurate records, provide personalized feedback, and utilize students’ data to enhance instructional practices and support individual growth. Establish a positive learning environment that encourages students’ participation, collaboration, and respectful interactions. Integrate technological skills into learning by utilizing a variety of tools to enhance the educational experience, while promoting their ethical and responsible use. Lead or support technology-related clubs and extracurricular activities, encourage student participation in technology competitions and research projects, and provide mentorship to students as needed. Attend professional development workshops to enhance skills and collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment. Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and actively participate in school events to build a supportive school community. 【Requirements】 Master degree or above. At least three years computer science teaching experience. Experienced in teaching IGCSE Computer Science in a high school setting, along with practical teaching experience in Python programming and Artificial Intelligence. Fluent in English. Experienced as a homeroom teacher.
