OTTP (Outstanding Teacher Trainee Program) 是NAE在全国推出的卓越教师培训生项目，旨在通过为期2年系统化的、全方位的线上和线下培训，培养中国双语教育领域的优秀教师人才。 岗位职责Job Duties： 1. 用英文进行科学的教学 To teach Science in English to students 2. 激发学生的自信，建立同事之间的相互信任感 To motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues 3.在教学实践中和同事友好合作并能够灵活的适应多语言的环境要求 To work closely with colleagues during teaching activities and adapt to multi-language environment 4.在课堂中与同事互相配合不断激发学生的学习热情 To demonstrate team spirit through teaching activities and constantly motivate passion for learning among students 5.具有一定的分析能力，探索新的教学方法拓展学生的学习体验 To demonstrate fair analytical skills and explore new teaching methods for expanded learning experiences 6.通过坚持不懈的自我学习，不断提高自己的职业素养与教学能力 Continued self-learning for professional and teaching skill enhancement 7.在当地社会以及其它国际化的环境中推广学校的价值观 To promote and advocate school’s values within local and international community 任职要求Requirement: 1.本科及以上学历，持教师资格证书 Bachelor degree and above. Holding Teacher's Certification 2.拥有1年以上相关学科的教学经验 1 years + teaching experience in Science 3.有双语学校教学经验优先 Teaching experiences in bilingual school is preferred
